How do I update my details?
After you have logged in to the site you can click on “Change Details” at the top of the page
I can’t remember my Password and can’t login, what do I do?
If you can’t remember your password then click on “forgot password”, you’ll then be asked for your NickName and the email
address you registered on the site with, we’ll then send a new password to you by email.
I’d like to remove my details from the Nick website, how do I do this?
If you want to remove your details and delete your Nick account forever, please email us at talk@nicknz.co.nz with your
Name and a request to remove your details completely from the site.
I’d like to subscribe / cancel my subscription to Nick’s email newsletter Ooze News. How do I do this?
Simply login to the site and click on “Change Details”, you then have the option to check the box (to receive) or uncheck
the box (to no longer receive) the Ooze News emails.
